Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Quality performance. I had to mess with the fitting in the hole. Alcohol miniature 20-30 ml (in the photo you can see in comparison with the usual match). At one refueling ethyl alcohol burned 45 min. Do not approach the finger to the torch from the side of the hole-vent-there is a ignition of alcohol inside the alcohol with the flame output through the threaded connection, i have two times so happened, burned the thumb. The body of alcohol with prolonged continuous burning (in my case, 45 minutes) is slightly heated, according to my sensations up to 40-50 degrees celsius. Overall satisfied.

Useful and compact jar with wick! Made qualitatively. Has the lower part for flammable liquid with a submerged synthetic finishers (it is better then to replace it with a piece of ordinary rope) and the upper part, with two holes, one-where the wick (bigger) and the second (small)-for air suction. On the lower compartment there is a sealing gum, and on the top cover there is no gum. But the liquid, at first glance does not evaporate, because the metal is carved very accurately! Everything is ready for use, you only need to pour the fuel and burn. Works and shines gorek properly! I was very pleased!
