Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

Stinks, of course, chewing... Or rather not even stink, but evaporation some... But the effect is super. Hair was like a washcloth, became smooth, not confused. By the way, i did not go with this shit for 3 days, but washed away immediately.
The package arrived for a month, the packaging is excellent, here the store tries. Straightening did many times, so i know what to do, but chinese keratin for the first time. The procedure itself is described in the instructions (it is on the Russian), plus on the internet everything is in detail. The smell of chocolate. My hair is naughty, curly, frizz, humidity-death styling. I straighten the iron at very high temperatures, because at low generally no effect. The first 2 photos-hair immediately after exfoliating shampoo, the second 2-washed the head a day in the morning, and in the evening took a photo. Keratin is caustic, all in gloves (i'm still wearing a mask and glasses, because i'm familiar with this hell), in a well ventilated room, and preferably not myself (i'm with my sister each other). Another minus that you need 3 days to leave with him on the hair, who copes i do not know. I'm praised for 1,5. There was a reaction to keratin when getting on the skin, but it already depends on the skin. My sister has everything ok. Straightens well. I'll do more. banks will suffice for 4 times.

The product is really effective however through the process of applying despite having a chocolate scent it is too subtle and that it has a super strong smell of chemical or its tge keratin. I was on the fan the whole time and even after the ironing is done tge smell is somewhat disturbing that i had to wash my hair immediately (not even 24hrs) nonetheless the result is still superb and i highly recommend my hair is sleek, shiny, soft and most of all straight even the color was enhanced!
